Privacy and cookie policy
In short: we only collect what we need to reply to your request and carry out the repair. This website does not use cookies.
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is FJSERWIS Filip Jakus, ul. Kącik 2 lok. 2A, 30-549 Kraków, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 959-188-28-28, REGON 366358933(“iHelp”). Contact on personal data matters: kontakt@ihelp.net.pl, phone +48 577 844 399.
What data and why
- The “Request a repair” form and contact by e-mail or phone — name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), information about the device and the fault, and photos of the damage if you attach them. We use them to reply to your request, prepare a quote and arrange the repair (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and on the basis of the consent you give in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Carrying out the repair — data needed to accept the device, contact you during the repair, issue a receipt or invoice and handle the warranty (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
- Defence against claims — to the extent necessary, as our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing your data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address or phone number we cannot reply to your request.
How long
We keep correspondence about enquiries that did not lead to a repair for up to 12 months. Data related to a completed repair is kept for the warranty period and the limitation period for claims, and accounting documents for the time required by tax law.
Who we share data with
Only with companies that help us run the website and communication, and only to the extent necessary:
- our website and e-mail hosting provider (the “Request a repair” form runs on our own server and sends the request straight to our mailbox),
- courier companies — only when you send or receive a device by courier,
- our accounting office and public authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell data and do not send advertising without your consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Just write to kontakt@ihelp.net.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or analytics tools and does not show ads. Fonts and all website files are loaded from our own server. Links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or maps lead to external services with their own privacy rules — they only come into play once you click the link.
The Google map on the home page and the contact page only loads after you click “Show Google Map”. From that moment you connect to Google’s servers, which may set their own cookies — in line with the Google Privacy Policy. We remember your choice only in your browser (localStorage) so we don’t ask again; you can remove it by clearing the site data in your browser.
