MacBook Pro 16 A2141 — maintenance of a very dirty interior

This is what the inside of this MacBook Pro 16 A2141 looked like with the bottom case off. Dust and fluff by the fans, on the board and on the case itself.
In this state the cooling system can’t work as it should — the computer is louder and heats up faster.
In MacBooks from the A1706 onwards the heatsink is screwed on from the other side of the logic board. So maintenance always means taking the board out — and while it’s out, I give it a full inspection, clean the cooling system and replace the thermal paste.
